There's the gang of ghoulish religious zealots hunkered down in a massive underground network trying to get a battery of rocket ships up and running (which, by the way, you can destroy). There's the narcissistic super mutant that commands a xenophobic outpost on top of a mountain, drawing in visitors with her hilariously crude radio broadcasts. Oh how I wish I could stay focused on the main storyline, but there's just too much else to do. There's a lot of ground to cover around New Vegas, and it doesn't take too much wandering to get tangled up in yet another web of quests. Fallout: New Vegas is without a doubt Obsidian's best game in my mind, filled with an overwhelming amount of carefully crafted content that never fails to surprise. All that and more on this edition of Hockey Mountain High: Your go-to Avalanche Podcast.Having played the Fallout series for over a decade, from the 1997 original to Bethesda's Fallout 3, it's great to see there's still room to be impressed. The guys then preview the upcoming two games, including new line combinations from Wednesday’s practice heading into a road game in St. The guys then turn to hockey talk, and discuss the Avalanche’s loss to the Vegas Golden Knights and thoroughly break down the five-minute major called on Jack Johnson and the reaction from some of the Avs players. The show starts with thoughts on Beach coming forward as the man behind the pseudonym ‘John Doe’ in the investigation of sexual assault allegations against the Chicago Blackhawks organization and its former video coach in 2010. We hope you feel vindicated by what’s been shared with the world this week and the fallout of what’s to come when hopefully everyone else who was involved is held accountable.

Listen to “Stumbling and Bumbling” on Spreaker.įrom Aarif and JJ: Before any hockey is discussed, we’d like to take a moment to apologize to Kyle Beach.
